I went to pick up Lylah at about 5:!5, and called Shannon to let her know. Shannon was still up at school working (because she hasn't had much time in her classroom). I took Lylah up there, where she got to visit with several of Shannon's co workers. Her Director of Instruction seemed to bond very well with Lylah. Lylah even was giving her kisses! I have never seen Lylah do that with a stranger.
Before I picked Lylah up from daycare, I went by Starbucks and got a javachip frappacino. I think I got chocolate on my beard and below my eye before I went into the daycare. I am pretty confident that I looked like a fool with chocolate all over my face. No one said anything, and they didn't look at me any stranger than they normally do. But about 10 minutes after I left the daycare, I looked in the mirror and found the chocolate on me. I am not sure if it happened post daycare, but I assume not.
Lylah didn't eat very quickly tonight. She kept wanting to look at her feet. Lylah keeps getting more and more curious by the day. She is at a stage now where she will pick something up and drop it almost immediately. We are constantly putting things back in their place.
Finally, I noticed that our blog had 70 views yesterday! That is the most views we have had on any one day! We are almost at 1000 views!!!!!!!!!!!!!
